Payments & Refunds: 

• Acceptable payments to the Dream Shoppe are Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Sofort, and iDeal, as well as Etsy gift cards.
•  Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
• I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-digital/non-custom purchases
  Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
• I don’t accept cancellations
  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
• The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
• Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Privacy Policy:

• I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

Shipping: 

• Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
• Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
• Please note that when purchasing instant downloads, you will not receive any printed or physical products in the mail.

Downloads & Additional Policies:

• How instant download works:
  Once your payment is complete, you will be shown a link that leads you to the download page where you can download the files for your order directly from your Etsy account. You will also receive an email from Etsy where you can download your files by selecting the “View your Files on Etsy” link or button. If the email is not in your inbox, please check the spam folder.
  You can go to Your Account>Purchases & Reviews & then click on the blue “Download Files” button on the right hand side. Please read the following before you purchase your digital download(s):
• Downloadable images are for personal or small business use only.
• Downloadable images may not be resold unless they are a part of a physical product (brochure, printed posters, etc). You may not resell these in any digital format.
• All digital items are saved individually and/or compressed into one zippered folder. Please make sure you have the right software to open and use these file formats before you purchase.
• Please note that when purchasing instant downloads, you will not receive any printed or physical products in the mail.
• Downloaded products are non refundable. However should your download not load properly or appear to be corrupted, feel free to contact me for a replacement file sent via email or Dropbox at no additional charge.
• Items too large for instant download will be sent via email or Dropbox according to what your preference.
• All Downloads are free of watermarks and/or logos.
• If you are throughly satisfied with your recent purchase(s) please feel free to rate/review your purchase at Dreamer’sLilDreamShoppe on Etsy.
